Sub-processor List

This page identifies the third‑party Sub‑processors that Pivot Technologies Holdings Inc. ("Pivot") engages to support delivery of the Services. Each Sub‑processor listed below may process Customer Personal Data as described in the Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Pivot requires Sub‑processors to satisfy data protection and security obligations equivalent to those in our DPA.

Infrastructure Providers

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) — Cloud hosting, compute, and storage.

  • Microsoft Corporation (Azure) — Cloud hosting, compute, and storage.

  • Google LLC (Google Cloud Platform) — Cloud hosting and analytics.

Product Infrastructure & Delivery

  • Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing, subscription billing, and webhook-driven payment/subscription event handling.

  • Not Just Tickets Ltd (Plain) — Customer-support tooling.

  • Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — Error tracking and monitoring.

  • 650 Industries, Inc. (d/b/a Expo) — Mobile application development and delivery platform.

  • LiveKit, Inc. — Real‑time video/audio infrastructure.

  • Temporal Technologies, Inc. — Workflow orchestration.

  • Axiom, Inc. — Data pipeline and logging services.

  • Mux, Inc. — Video streaming and analytics.

  • Loops, Inc. — Messaging and communications platform.

  • AssemblyAI, Inc. — Speech‑to‑text and AI audio processing.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — Content delivery network (CDN), DDoS protection, and security.

  • Zapier, Inc. — Workflow automation and integrations.

  • PostHog, Inc. — Product analytics.

  • Turbopuffer — Database services.

Advertising & Marketing

  • Google LLC (Google Ads) — Conversion tracking and advertising analytics for measuring and targeting ads on non-Pivot sites.

Notes

  • Sub‑processors may change from time to time. Pivot will update this page with additions or removals.

  • Customers with a current DPA may object to a new Sub‑processor within the notice period described in the DPA.
