Video rooms are designed for face-to-face communication, presentations, and collaborative discussions. Whether you’re hosting a team meeting, sharing visual updates, or brainstorming ideas, video rooms provide a practical environment for engaging and productive interactions.

Audio and Video Settings

Adjusting Settings Before Joining

Before entering a video room, click the gear icon under the room to fine-tune your settings.

Audio Settings

• Adjust microphone sensitivity and output.
• Test your audio to ensure clarity.
• Modify audio input/output devices for optimal sound quality.

Video Settings

• Change your video input (e.g., switch between webcam options).
• Enable background effects, such as adding a virtual background or blurring the background for added privacy.

Chat Side View

During a video session, the chat remains accessible for parallel discussions. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner to open the chat panel. The chat will appear next to the video, allowing you to comment, share files, or discuss without disrupting the meeting.

Recordings in Video Rooms

Accessing Recordings

Navigate to the Recordings tab in the room. All recordings are listed by date for easy organization and retrieval.

Viewing Recordings

Click on a recording to play it. While viewing, the chat is available alongside the video, enabling you to reference discussions or notes made during the session.

Transcripts and Chapters

• Click the CC icon on the recording to access a transcript of the session.
• Chapters are generated for easy navigation, allowing you to jump directly to specific segments of the recording.

Adding Comments

Under each recording, you can leave comments or notes to provide context, share feedback, or highlight important moments.

Clips and Editing

Use the scissors icon to create and edit clips from the recording. Trim the video to highlight key points or create concise snippets for sharing or review.
