Learn how to share spaces with members and the public, manage access, and invite others to join.
Spaces can be shared with members and the public as needed.
Step 1:
On the space, click the three dots in the top right > Share space.
Step 2:
In the “Share space” settings, you can manage members, enable or disable link sharing, and configure public access options:
Share the link from access settings with someone to invite them.
Step 1:
Navigate to the Members tab of the space > Add new member > Invite to space.
Step 2:
Type the name of the member and assign a role (optional message included).
Step 3:
Click Send invite.
