Learn how to share spaces with members and the public, manage access, and invite others to join.
Spaces can be shared with members and the public as needed.
On the space, click the three dots in the top right > Share space.
In the Share space settings, you can manage members, enable or disable link sharing, and configure public access options: - Disabled: No public access. - Can join: Anyone can join with the link. - Can request: Users can request to join.
Share the link from Access settings with someone to invite them.
Navigate to the Members tab of the space > Add new member > Invite to space.
Type the name of the member and assign a role (optional message included).
