Space Analytics

Learn how to use Space Analytics to gain insights into member engagement, activity, and overall space performance.

Space analytics provide insights into engagement and activity within your spaces, allowing you to track members, rooms, blocks, and events for a better understanding of your space’s performance.

Overview Tab

This tab provides a high-level overview of key space metrics:

• Total members: The total number of members in the space.
• Active members: Number of members currently engaged.
• Total rooms: Number of rooms created.
• Blocks and events: Number of blocks and events tracked.
• Most active members: Last active date and role.
• Most popular room: Last active date and type.
• Previous activity: Visualized with charts like column charts and pie charts.

Member Engagement Tab

This tab allows you to filter engagement data by date range or engagement type.

Click on a member to view their summary, including:

• Favorite block and room: Shows the most interacted with block and room.
• Most comments and replies: Insights into their participation.
• Last activity and top collaborator: Tracks their latest activity and collaboration patterns.

Block Activity Tab

This tab provides data on activity within blocks, including filtering by date or number of messages.

Last Activity Tab

Sort space activity from the latest to the oldest, offering insights into when actions took place.

Member Progress Tab

Filter by member or block to track participation and responses by block category or date range.

Attendance Tab

Track attendance for events, including late arrivals and absences.
Search for members to check their activity records.
