Manage notification channels, reminders, inbox behavior, and other settings for a personalized Pivot experience.
You can manage your account preferences, notifications, and reminders through the Preferences panel, located in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard. This menu allows you to customize how and when you receive updates, manage email addresses, and control notifications across Pivot.
Manage the email addresses linked to your Pivot account.
Only verified email addresses will be used for communications from Pivot.
Choose how notifications are delivered based on the type of activity:

At the bottom of this panel, you’ll find a toggle for:
Only send push notifications when I’m away from my computer
Enable this to reduce interruptions while actively using Pivot.

View and manage blocked users:
The Inbox, located in the sidebar menu, is your central hub for notifications across Pivot.
Types of activity shown:
You can control all notification delivery in the Preferences panel.
Click the inbox icon in the sidebar to open it. When there are new notifications, a red dot appears.
In compact view:
Unread items show a red dot. Clicking a notification opens its context and marks it as read.
When you hover over a notification:
Click the expand icon to access the full-screen inbox. This provides additional filters and management tools.
At the top:

Hover over an archived notification to:
Click the collapse icon.
Click the Select icon to enter selection mode:
Exit selection mode with the X icon.
Click the Filter icon in the top right corner of the inbox.

An automatic process removes older notifications to keep your inbox performant:
-Read (but not archived) notifications that are older than 2 years are automatically deleted. -Archived notifications that are older than 180 days are automatically deleted.
These deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.
